Statement of Gary Ruskin, Congressional Accountability Project, on the Traficant Case

Congressman Traficant is no longer fit to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives. The House should expel him immediately, and not wait for the House ethics committee to carry out its deeply flawed, slow-moving process of investigation, adjudication and sanction.

This is a clear-cut case, and it deserves swift justice.
